Description:
I sat on a rock and ate a little snack of a PB&J and a cliff bar followed by a little bit of Gatorade as a treat. I know that sounds either woefully unappealing or just simply uninspiring, but it was just what I needed in terms of food energy. The Gatorade especially, being essentially sugar water with potassium, had me bounding back down the trail towards the campsite.
